Welcome and we thank you for downloading LakeView.

We are college buddies who love the water, our families, friends and the time spent together on the boat. Many years ago we wanted to be able to look at the water conditions from a remote location. Going so far as to setup a webcam at a family members house, staring at the lake. We thought this could be something others might enjoy and need as well. Fast forward a few years, life does happen, we set a goal to make this dream a reality.

We made that goal and proudly bring you, LakeView.

LakeView is about bringing "lake" minded people together. We love and respect those of you on the ocean as well, just that "lake" and "like" rhyme!

LakeView at its core is simple and direct, upload that beautiful sunrise, or the perfect spray from a footer. Brag about that big catch you landed. Caught that new wakeboarding trick? Post it! Most importantly it will be going to people who share the same passion and love of those things. It wont get lost in a sea of endless non specific posts. If its on the water, it belongs here. You belong here.

Use the "Invite others" tab on the home screen and help us make LakeView the fastest growing app around. After all, boating is more fun with more people.

Remember, time spent on the water is not deducted from ones lifespan.
